Serenity Etiquette

To ensure that you feel totally comfortable on your visit to our Day Spa and in order for us to provide the ultimate spa experience – please read through our spa etiquette protocol. This will demystify “what goes on behind spa doors”.

Making an Appointment

It is important to make prior reservations so we can accommodate your schedule.

Choosing Treatments

Our Spa Consultants will be happy to assist to ensure you choose treatments specifically suited to your special needs. All our treatments are modular and can be combined.

When to Arrive

We ask you to arrive 10 mins before your treatment. This allows you time to check in, enjoy a cup of Comforting Tea, complete your personal profile and relax.

What if I cancel or change my appointment?

We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. Guests who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice or a 30% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

What to wear during treatments

Maintaining your sense of dignity and wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us. Please enjoy your treatment without clothing. Our fully qualified therapists are trained to drape correctly to respect your comfort and privacy. Disposables available.

What if I am late for my appointment

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness and importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients all treatments are completed as scheduled.

What if I have a special health condition

Please inform your therapist of any health concerns that you may have when completing your treatment card. We do not treat anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy. Our fully qualified therapists will advise on special conditions.

Payment of spa services

The Spa accepts cash and all major credit cards and Eftpos.
